The Root & Rise Retreat is a 2-day nature-based gathering for women 30+ who are ready to reset their nervous system, rebuild from the inside out, and reconnect—with themselves, others, and the earth beneath their feet.

Surrounded by nature, we’ll move gently through sunrise and sunset yoga, reflective journaling, small group conversations, tarot & mindset work, and nourishing meals. You’ll have space to walk, breathe, and simply be—no need to perform, fix, or prove anything.

Whether you join us for the day or stay overnight, this is your space to root into stillness and rise into renewal.
